The 36th Paris to Chartres Pilgrimage - May 2018

This year the theme of the pilgrimage will be: 'St Joseph, Father and Servant'

In many ways the pilgrimage from ND Paris to ND Chartres is a walking retreat, as pilgrims pray, sing, and listen to prepared meditations. This year we will walk in the company of St. Joseph.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded with noise and distraction, who better to guide us than St Joseph? The great silence of St. Joseph, who utters not a word, points towards his inner life of prayer and devotion. As Cardinal Sarah says: 'silence is the indispensable doorway to the divine'.

St Joseph, model of workers, pray for us!
Notre Dame de Paris, pray for us!
Our Lady of Chartres, pray for us!
Our Lady of Holy Hope, convert us!
